September gets us closer to cool weather! Let’s celebrate with music, art, community, and love! This month’s Listen Local Show podcast is guest co hosted by Richard and Doug from THIRDS APART. Tune in to get to know them, adore their smart songs and rich harmony, plus hear all of the great songs and messages submitted by folks from our music scene.

This month THE GAME returns at a private location in Alpine (at Richard’s beautiful home!) and we still have room for a few more songwriters! Write a song inspired by either or both prompts and then join us to play it!

September 18th we’re gathering at The Art Center Ramona to celebrate that month’s exhibit by THE TUESDAY NIGHT ARTISTS who have all created pieces to the theme ARTISTS IN TIME OF WAR AND ADVERSITY, with an acoustic concert featuring musicians playing protest songs. MUSICIANS IN TIMES OF WAR is the companion event to this opening and some of the artists will be there to talk about their piece between the musicians. $5 suggested donation, all are welcomed!
